In this Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement (Privacy Policy):

“we”, “us”, and “our” refers to Straight2voicemail Pty Ltd ABN 31 611 101 958trading as Straight2voicemail; and“you” means you and where permitted by context your employer organisation.

Your privacy is important to us

This Privacy Policy describes the way that we collect, hold, use and disclose information about individuals, and applies to the personal information you provide to us.

We collect, hold, use and disclose personal information to carry out functions or activities under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

This Privacy Policy does not apply to our current and former employee records nor to our acts or practices which relate directly to these records.

We primarily hold your personal information on behalf of our customers who obtain our products and services to provide you with information and details of our customer’s products and services. We also collect and usepersonal information for secondary purposes including:

  • provision of our products and services;
  • accounting purposes; and
  • business planning and product development.

We will not collect sensitive information (such as health related information) from you or about you from our customers except with express consent from you and only where it is necessary for us to collect such information for an activity or function.

If you choose not to provide certain personal information we may not be able to provide you with the services you require or the best level of service.

You are entitled to access your personal information held by us subject to some exceptions provided for by law.  If you would like to access your personal information, please let us know in writing for security purposes.We reserve the right to recover our reasonable costs of providing you with access.  If we decline to provide you with the information requested by you about your personal information we will provide an explanation for the refusal.

From time to time it may be necessary for us to review and revise our Privacy Policy.  We may notify you about changes to this Privacy Policy by posting an updated version on our website.  You may also request a copy of our privacy policy by contacting us.
